Emails in Cap Locks

Does anyone know why I have suddenly started to receive some emails in cap locks, it only lets me reply in the same way and all my settings are correct - so far it looks like they are using iPads.

    Hello,

    • Version is Microsoft 365 MSO 2201Build 16.0.1.14827.20198
    • This only happens with certain emails I receive, however, they don’t know that their email has come through to me in cap locks and are surprised when they receive my reply in cap locks.
    • I have checked as advised and confirm the small caps and all caps box are unchecked

    Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community Forum.

    May I know if you are using Outlook and what version do you have? Is this only happening emails from a specific user or all emails?

    1. please check the following:
    2. Click File > Options > Mail
    3. Under Compose messages, choose Stationery and Fonts
    4. On the Personal Stationery tab, under Replying or forwarding messages, choose Font
    5. In the Font box, under Effects make sure that Small caps or All caps option are unchecked
    6. Click OK
