Based on your description, I understand you have a query with synchronization logs in Outlook, I know these logs appear in Outlook when one of your folders in Outlook is not syncing correctly, to better help assist please share the following information with us:
- What type of account is added to your Outlook ? (IMAP/POP/Exchange)
- Please try to switch network connection and observe if the errors still appear.
- Based on the screenshot shared, please check when last your inbox was synchronized by right clicking on your inbox folder>properties> under synchronization please check, you may refer to the image below
To narrow down your issue , we did some research regarding your query, please try the following suggestions:
- One of the reasons why this occurs is when one has a large data file, to try and reduce the size of your data file, please refer to instructions in Reduce the size of your mailbox and Outlook Data Files (.pst and .ost) (microsoft.com)
- This error may occur when one's data file is damaged, please run a repair and check to see if issue persists, for instructions please refer to Repair Outlook Data Files (.pst and .ost) (microsoft.com)
