cannot make new Microsoft account.

Dear all,

I have been trying to create a Hotmail account for my sister to activate her Microsoft office programs on MacBook. Unfortunately, the process gets stuck on the "add security info" page. I've let it run for hours but the security info never seems to add, and I am perpetually stuck at this part of the process, and I trying on many different browsers the same problem.

Please help!

I use different devices and browsers and still the same problem.

If you experience this on Safari on your Mac, I suggest you to try creating a Microsoft account using a different browser.

You could attempt to create this using a different device.
