I cannot enter text in the email address bar when creating a new email message in Outlook (Mac version). Any ideas? Problem just started two days ago.

I have removed my signature from the emails, gone through all the settings in safari and outlook, removed pop-up blocker etc, but still no joy. The 'To' bar in new emails does not permit me to enter any text.

I am having the same problem. I tried restarting my computer, logging in and out of msn, but I can not enter an email address in Outlook either. Any ideas?

Yes I tried restarting the mac several times, opened new browser windows but it makes no difference.

A lot of other users have also reported the same issue.

In the meantime, try accessing your outlook email via browser.

I tried that link you sent but I still have the same issue as before. I cannot type into the To sender address bar.
