Outlook Notes aren't loading

I've been having a problem for about a week now where when I try to open my notes when I'm in Outlook, I get stuck on a loading screen. I've waited for a long time, thinking maybe they're just loading slowly, but no amount of time seems to get them to open. I'm using an hp chromebook. I've also tried to login and look on my phone, but I keep getting a message there saying "There was an issue looking up your account. Tap Next to try again." Any ideas?

EDIT: Moved from Outlook / Outlook.com / Email since user is using Outlook on the web for business.

    Hi..

    Try to use https://outlook.office.com/

    I'd faced the same problem with my notes recently using outlook.office365.com , but I try to move to outlook.office.com and my notes works just fine

    The answer given did not help and I’m still getting the “loading your notes…” issue. I’m trying to work and have access to my important information and now for the last couple weeks I don’t have access to it and it will just show the screen above. Trying the outlook.office.com did nothing.
