Flagged Mails shared mailbox

Main Mailbox emails when flagged shows up at the right handside of the mailbox.

When the shared mailbox emails (exhange mailbox), when flagged, shows up as flagged just on the email, but doesnt show up on the right handside.

I have read several forum post but nobody can't explain why it is not working.

    Thank you for you detailed response.

    Apologies for late response. I did some further tests according to your last reply and I could reproduce the issue on my side. Flagged items in a shared mailbox do not show in Tasks.

    Thanks you for responding on our question.

    I will try to explain a bit more clear. My collegue has flagged an email in the first picture in a shared emailaccount in Outlook

    And we hope this flagged email will pop up in tasks (see below) but nothing showed up

    Can you help us with this problem ?

    Based on your description I understand flagged emails shows up at the right hand side of the mailbox on the main mailbox but shows up just as flagged on the email on a shared mailbox. Please correct me if I am wrong.

    I have done a test to check if your issue can be reproduced on my side and the flagged emails on a normal/main mailbox and a shared mailbox are just showing the same, as shown in the screenshots below:
