Hi Emma ,

Greetings

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community Forum.

May I know if you are using Outlook?

I have checked on my side and the attachments should show when you forward a message with an attachment. Please check the attachment settings: File > Options > General > Attachment options. If this persists try to open Outlook Insafe mode: Right-click the Start button, and click Run. 2. Type Outlook.exe /safe , and click OK.

For replies I am afraid it is not feasible at the moment for attachments to show in replies. We understand the inconvenience this may be causing on your side therefore I would suggest you please submit your feedback and recommendations via the lowing portal to let the related programming team know. And they should be the quickest route to get your comments to the related programming developers 'ears. Microsoft will always focus on customers experience and they would add some good features to our products in future according to the number of votes your suggestion gets.

Your kind understanding is highly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Simbarashe
