I'm directly monitoring all the databases and emailed them as soon as there's an update, but it's too much, it's not useful, right

In caller is the field for that information. From documentation: caller - Email address of the user who has performed the operation, UPN claim, or SPN claim based on availability.
Activity log. caller is not always resolved to e-mail or upn as mentioned.
