Using Outlook for Android in educational settings for communication and organization
Hi James
It's asking me the same thing.
I have an @live email and @outlook email.

Hi,
I use Gmail and I have a Google Pixel phone, however my primary email address I've had for years is @live.co.uk. I woke up this morning with my Gmail app prompting me for "credentials needed" asking me to sign into my live.co.uk email address again. (None of the Gmail accounts I have connected to my Gmail app requested me to do this.) When I enter my details I receive a "problem with account setup" prompt saying my details are incorrect. They are correct, as I've signed into on my laptop with them, and I've used my recovery email address to get a code, and it still gives me the same prompt.
It presents me with a screen asking for my server, my port, and my security type - I have no idea what any of this means, I haven't changed any settings.
I spoke to a Google chat help and they said this I needed to check with Microsoft that the port/server details were correct. They are as follows:
Username: (my email)
Server: imap-mail.outlook.com
Port: 993
Server type: SSL/TLS
Please help get it back to how it was, where I can see my Gmail, and live accounts from my Gmail app on my phone.
Thanks
