As per your description, you would like that the image link can shift to an image when you insert the image link to the signature. If l misunderstood , please kindly correct me. Based on your requirement, we have checked at our side and seems at this moment it isn’t feasible to achieve it.
In Outlook, your signature can include text, images, your electronic business card, a logo, a link or even an image of your handwritten signature. You can select the Picture icon, locate your image file, and select insert. If you want add links, choose Hyperlink
icon, enter the web address in the Address box, then choose OK.
