Hi, I've got the issue that for whatever-reasons there are a LOT of RSS-Feed Folders, they just appeared. (see the Screenshot)

I tried nearly everything, delete them by Hand, check if there is any RSS-Subscription (which is not) but nothing helps. Do you know how to solve this?!

    Hello 0ptix,

We are sorry that issue still persists.

Since you've tried those suggested steps, it is possible that your mailbox may have some issues on back-end side. We have dedicated support team which have more recourse to check with you remotely, so it is also recommended to directly contact them by submitting a support ticket:

    1. Go to the admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com. If you get a message that says you don't have permission to access this page or perform this action, you aren't an admin. For more information, see Who has admin permissions in my business?.
    2. On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
    3. Type a question or keyword into the text box. If you get a drop-down list, select the one closest to your question, or continue typing your question, then press Enter.
    4. If the results don't help, at the bottom, select Contact Support.
    5. Enter a description of your issue, confirm your contact number and email address, select your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me. The expected wait time is indicated in the Contact support pane.

Feel free to reply us if you need further assistance. Wish you have a nice day!

    Hello 0ptix,

Please Remove the RSS Feed from Windows Internet Explorer:

    1. In Windows Internet Explorer, choose the Favorites icon.
    2. On the Feeds tab, right-click an RSS Feed, and then choose Delete.
    3. When prompted to confirm the deletion, choose Yes.

Then stop RSS Feeds Synchronize on Outlook.

    1. Open Outlook and click the File tab, choose Options > Advanced.
    2. Under RSS Feeds, clear the Synchronize RSS Feeds to the Common Feed List (CFL) in Windows check box.

Let us know how it goes after you follow these steps.

Thank you for your time and cooperation! Wish you have a nice day!
