Reply and forward icon missing when using the online version of Outlook

When I use Outlook in the webbrowser, I cannot see if a message is forwarded or replied to. The icons are missing on my screen.

Below a message I forwarded, but I cannot see if that is the case. The only icons that are visible are the ones you see.

Below the same message from my Sent folder, so that you can see the actual message is sent.

In the preview version of the new Outlook for Windows I saw the same issue.

The current version of Outlook for Windows does not have a problem.

    Hello,

Good day! Thanks for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you. (For your infromation secutity reason, I masked private information in your post to prevent phishing/spoofing risks, please comprehend.)

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with Outlook in the web browser. There are a few possible causes and solutions for this issue. Here are some suggestions:

    • Check if the Untrusted Font Blocking feature is enabled on your computer. This feature may prevent the icons from being displayed correctly. You can turn it off by following the steps in this article:

Microsoft 365 app launcher and menu bar icons are blank - Office 365 | Microsoft Learn.

    • Check if the Outlook browser extension is installed and visible on your browser's toolbar. You can install it from the Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome web store. If the extension icon is not visible, you can make it visible by clicking the Extensions icon on the top-right corner of the browser and then clicking the Show in Toolbar icon. You can follow below official article:

Use the Outlook browser extension in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome - Microsoft Support.

    • Clear the cache of your browser and try logging in to Outlook again. Sometimes, the cache may cause some issues with loading the web app properly.

    • Try using a different browser or logging in to Outlook in the privacy mode (incognito mode) of your browser. This can help you rule out any browser-specific issues or conflicts with other extensions or settings.

I hope this helps you resolve the issue. If not, please let me know and I'll try to find more solutions for you.

Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated. I will continue to assist you based on the information you provide.

We are looking forward to your reply. Thank you for your cooperation.

    I have a similar issue.

This started back on Tuesday afternoon. When viewing my emails on Tuesday I can see the arrow showing I replied so it's there for other emails and then suddenly Tuesday afternoon none of my emails show as replied and it's been that way ever since. It is this way using Outlook on my desktop, OWA and Outlook on my phone.

    This is super frustrating...

I am having this problem. It looks like it's an issue with my actual account and not client?

I have tried Edge, Firefox and Outlook for IOS, all have the same problem.

    Thanks
