SSL Invalid Exchange server

Hi,
We have exchange 2019, we recently changed our domain hosting provider and we start getting error "Invalid SSL", when I try to go to control panel of our hosting provider to upload the cert which we have already, it is giving me error about key.
I am not that much experienced in setting up certificates, need someone help please to fix this issue for me.
