How to locate locally hosted folders in Outlook for Mac?

Hello! I have a user who has a Mac and uses Office 365 on it. He has a block of folders in his Outlook profile that says they are locally hosted on the computer. He needs to transfer this content onto a USB drive. The problem is, no matter how deeply we search the properties, we are unable to find where this data is specifically stored so we can copy it onto the external location. The steps we found via ChatGPT indicated the below steps....

  1. Open Outlook on your Mac.
  2. In the left sidebar, under "On My Computer," you should see the list of local folders you have created.
  3. Right-click (or Ctrl-click) on the folder you want to locate. A contextual menu will appear.
  4. In the contextual menu, select "Show in Finder." This option will reveal the folder's location in the Finder window.
  5. The Finder window will open, displaying the location of the folder within the Outlook database.
  6. Note down the location or copy the folder to another location if needed.

However this didn't give us the options to locate the data. So basically, how can I find the location of locally hosted data? I am at a loss at the moment.

    Hi,

Outlook for Mac stores messages and other items, such as calendar events, contacts, tasks, and notes, as an SQLite database in an olm file.

    For Outlook 365 -- /Users/username/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9. Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles folder.

To view the location, you need to first unhide the Library folder. Here are the instructions for unhiding it: http://osxdaily.com/2014/12/16/show-user-library-folder-os-x-yosemite/

Hello! Is it possible to copy this content onto a USB drive an re-deploy after rebuilding the Mac? That's our situation. We want to get this "On This Computer" content backed up to a USB drive, rebuild, and then bring it back. Do you happen to know what specific items would be copied to USB in this situation?
