This Microsoft support is total and utter ****. No numbers, not chats. When I click on ask an agent it takes me right back to the starting point. I am trying to make a new email address. I go the the questions and can't get past the bot test. It makes me go cross eyed. I have successfully passed it about 20 times and each time it takes me back to the bot test again. How do these people stay in business???

    Clear the cache of whatever browser you're using and try again to create the new account/address.
