Personalized email does not work (cannot receive emails)

Hello,

I have a personalized email bound to my account.. Outbound emails works but inbound does not. I suspect it is a DNS issue (which is managed by Microsoft) but I do not know:

  1. Where to configure DNS for this domain; and
  2. What email servers should I specify in DNS?
