Adobe Attach File via Link Encryption Issue

Hello, I am running into a problem where users are bypassing the Office 365 Encryption policies we have in place by using the Adobe Attach File via Link. I was curious if anyone else had run into this issue and any possible solutions they have used or tried. I currently have an Exchange rule in place to not deliver the message based off the link it generates (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link .. etc) but then the issue that generates is outside users that use this cannot have their emails replied to.

I reached out to Adobe first and they confirmed to me there was not a company wide setting that can disable this. Any feedback is appreciated, thank you.
