    Hi,

I appreciate the time and effort you spent on replying to my message.

The common reason why your messaged are being marked as SPAM ie due to:

    • Low engagement rates.
      • if you are sending an email in bulk and you have low engagement rate your emails might be tagged SPAM
    • High rates of manual spam flags
      • this will occur if there's a large number of users who is manually marking your email as SPAM
    • Bad IP Address
      • If your IP address is flagged as a source of spam, whether the offenses were recent or not, you could end up in all your recipients’ spam folders.

I recommend you submit a Delist form to remove your IP Address from the blocked senders list - Delist IP - Delist IP (office.com)

    Sincerely,

    Leonardo_Y

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand your concern regarding about having Low Mail Open Rate. To be honest, this is something that no one has control with. The Mail Open Rate will actually depend on the number of people who and the number of people who opened/clicked your email.

If you suspect your IP address is being blocked, then you can fill-out the Delist Form to remove it from the list - Delist IP - Delist IP (office.com).

    Sincerely,

    Leonardo_Y
