Certificate for Microsoft® Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2016

Hi guys ,
im new here and i have a little problem ;) i cant open my downloaded certificate for Microsoft® Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2016. I never had a problem like this, is there a possibility to get a new file from microsoft o Pearson Vue which works?
