To Do Tasks Disappearing

Hello,

Some members at my company rely on To Do list on Outlook Web App for their day to day tasks.

But it has been flagged that some are experiencing an issue where tasks just disappear by themselves without anyone ticking them off.

I've been told that when they create a task or drop an email as a task, it'll just disappear after a couple of hours.

Is there any way to fix this?

Many thanks!
