Haunted Email

My email has got a mind of its own. It's haunted or something. I had an email this morning from No7. Before I could even open it, it totally disappeared! I mean it was GONE! I had another email do that too, but it was gone in the blink of an eye and I have NO idea from whom. I get emails in my inbox, open them, and the next time I go to my spam folder, there is the opened email, that has somehow found its way from the inbox to the spam folder. I have marked emails as safe, and put them in my contacts, and yet I still have to go through the spam folder because they continue to go to spam! How do my emails just miraculously move, disappear and do other strange things? I keep blocking these stupid emails about "dating" and they are never blocked. How do I fix this stuff?

    You need an exorcist to cast demons out of your mailbox. Did you call your priest?

    Anyway, that sounds like spam filter doing its thing (move items to Junk or delete them). It is also possible that you have another device downloading and removing items from your mailbox (Inbox folder).
