Outlook Quick Print PDF Attachments Error

I am encountering an issue when attempting to print multiple PDF attachments from different emails using the quick print option. I receive multiple invoice emails containing PDF attachments and I can only quick print one PDF attachment at a time, if I were to do multiple quick prints I'll receive a printer error. I can print multiple emails using quick print but not PDF attachments.

Hello Libeamlak,

We are using Office Home and Business 2016. The PDF documents do not need to be saved or open prior to quick printing. And the default printer is set to a network printer that's next to the user.

• May I please confirm if you are using the default printer to print the attachment?
• May I know the attachments sensitivity label? For security reason, some attached files must be opened before they can be printed. For these types of files, Outlook will prompt you to open or save the attachment before it prints. you can refer to Print attachments received in email messages - Microsoft Support
• Which Outlook version are you currently using? you can refer to What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support
• Please provide us the error screenshot.
