I received an 'unusual sign-in activity email from this email address :  <no-reply@microsoft.com>

It's asking me to click on 'Report User' but I'm worried it's a phishing email

    Then I probably gave you bad advice. Sign-in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/security Click on Security then Sign-in activity.

    If you see a successful sign-in that wasn't you, follow the instructions to:

    You should recognize each of these recent activities.

    If one looks unfamiliar, click it to let us know.

    It's asking me to click on 'Report User' but I'm worried it's a phishing email


    We can't see the address you posted. We see *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

    But it is a phishing message. The "click to Report user" identifies it as one of the very common (recently) phishing messages.

    If you need to post an email address here in the future, replace the @ with AT or [at] or something else so the filter doesn't remove it.
