How do I reply encrypted email decrypted?

Hello.

I would like to ask how do I reply encrypted email, only blocked forwarding the attachment, decrypted?

I hope my email attachment is available to forward when I reply encrypted email.

Hello SH_,

Thanks for update. Seems in your case should be because of some transport rule policy automatically applied on your mails and as result it’s sending again with encryption. In that case, you need to contact your Microsoft365 global admin to check further because admin have permission to check this details from admin center. Thanks for your reply.

As you said if I simply reply encrypted email with attachment, receiver can forward my email. But my concern is when I reply that email it automatically turns to Do Not Forward email with this message.

Do Not Forward - Recipients can read this message, but cannot forward, print, or copy content. The conversation owner has full permission to their message and all replies.

In this case, how can I reply this encrypted email with able to forward the attachment for receiver?

Good day to you and thanks for your post in this community.

Based on your post, understand that you wants to known that when you received any email with encryption (Do not Forward), how can you reply on it and what happened when you reply on it with adding your attachment. If this is your concern, you can simply reply encrypted email with select “Reply/Reply all” option and adding your attachment. This time, if you send email without any encryption do not forward option, your email will be able to forward.
