Problem adding add-in "Task in the Box"

I installed "Task in the Box" in both my Outlook 365 and Outlook app. But somehow the add-in disappeared, and I am not able to install the add-in again. I go into the store and click, but it says added, but when I go back, it says is not installed. Please help.

    Based on your description, could you please be kindly to tell me whether you meet this in outlook client? Since through your post category, it seems that you post this in Outlook on the web category. So please check whether you meet this in outlook client or outlook on the web.

    If you meet this in outlook client, it may have something wrong with your outlook client. Please be kindly to try the following suggestions and check if these can make any difference.

    1.Repair Office Application: Repair your office application: You can refer to Repair Office Application and then check the result. 2.Create a new profile in Control Panel: You can have a try accoridng to Create outlook profile. Meanwhile, please do not delete the old one to protect your data.

    1. Update your outlook version to the latest if your outlook is not the latest.

    If you also meet this issue in outlook on the web, please be kindly to tell me. It may have something wrong with Server if outlook on the web meet the same problem.
