While using python-smtp to send mail, I getting the error on smtplib.SMTPAuthenticationError:(535,b'5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria)

I want to know is any way to get key-access(trusted key) pass the authentication in smtp-outlook .
