Authenticator app sign in problem

I'm not able to sign into my authenticator app as it keeps asking me to verify your identity, approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator App.

There are only two options: approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator App or use a verification code. I am unable to do either because I can't sign into the app.

You need to contact your school Office 365 admin to disable multi-factor authentication (MFA), they also need to forget and unregister your phone device from the Azure admin center. If you don't know who to contact at your work or school for help, try asking the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password.
