Configuring preferences and options in Outlook.com
Hi Marjorie! This is Raech. I'm a fellow Outlook.com user and I'm here to help.
First, please check if the email has landed in any of your folders other than the Inbox (i.e. Junk folder, Deleted, Archive, Conversation History, etc.) You can also try and do a search via the Search box at the top to try to check for the missing emails.
There might also be a 'Rule' in your settings online that is redirecting those emails elsewhere. In order to check this, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in via Outlook.com through a web browser.
- Click the Settings icon at the top right corner and select 'View All Outlook Settings'.
- On the pop-up menu, click Rules.
Check all the entries on the list and delete as needed.
If the above steps did not help with the issue, please contact the sender's (Dotloop) support department and have them check if they are able to send you an email successfully without issues.
