TOO MUCH JUNK E-MAIL

Help!!! My inbox is absolutely OVERRUN by junk email lately!! (I’m talking over 100 per day!) I have changed passwords, moved each one to junk, blocked servers.. everything I can think of!! I really don’t want to change my email because all important contact info goes there, but this is driving me crazy!! Any suggestions???

    In the web version just following methods one and two of the one I sent you earlier. The image I attached is from Outlook Microsoft 365.

    I usually use the Mail app on my phone, but otherwise I use the web I believe, because my screen doesn’t look like your screenshot

    Hi Vítor,

    Thank you for your response. Since junk e-mails are usually from a bunch of addresses, it’s hard to implement your first 2 suggestions, but I’m willing to try. I would love to change the level of protection on my junk filter, but the directions to do so in that article don’t match what i see in front of me..? I go to Home, but where’s the Delete group?

    Sorry for the amount of junk mail received. I’m leaving some settings and articles that show how to reduce the amount of junk in the inbox. Please check the below article related to your issue.

    Configure settings for junk mail

    1. Click Settings and then "View all Outlook Settings".
    2. Go to "Mail" and "Junk email".
    3. In Blocket senders and domains, click in "Add" and add untrusted domains and press Enter.
    4. Select Save.
    5. All domains informed will be automatically directed to the electronic waste.

    Create a rule on a message

    1. Click Settings and then "View all Outlook Settings".
    2. Go to "Mail" and "Rules" and "Add new rule".
    3. Named your rule > Add a condition Sender address includes > Enter all or part of an address. (You can add several conditions you prefer).
    4. In Add and action, set "Mark as Junk". (You can add several conditions you prefer, for exemple, "Delete" and automatically all emails within the rule will be logged.).
    5. Mark the box Run rule now.
