Outlook disappeared from macbook on shut down

I downloaded another copy but now get a message that has no reference

Tried many paswwords current and past but don't know what this long code refers to

Any suggestions

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    That is an Apple Mac password, not an Office password, usually to edit the keychain details you need to enter the password you use to login into the Mac

    If you cannot do that, it would be best to contact Apple Mac support, below are the details they provide as an initial step:
