Error getting discount for az 900 exam

Question

Not able to see discounted price even after my organization email is linked with personal mail on Microsoft Learning portal.
Every time I start a fresh session the linking is successful, the page then reloads and redirects me to discount page.
Here when I enter my organization mail, I get failures for subsequent tries.

I have confirmed the my organization has 100% discount for this exam till next year 2022.
But stuck with this issue. Please help
