Can someone please, for the love of all that is holy, tell me how to get rid of the stupid headings in my hotmail inbox? It’s not date headings. This is different. There’s a heading bar that says the sender’s name (I guess) and then the email is directly underneath it. You can’t click on the header but you can on the email. Side note, who on earth thought this was a good idea?

Thank you, the issue magically resolved itself. Very strange. It has done this a few times but when I've closed my browser it corrected itself in the past. Not this time, though. And yeah I knew header wasn't the proper term. Again, thank you. Hopefully this won't happen again.
Is this outlook.com accessed via web browser or in some Mail Client, eg MS Outlook as part of an Office suite? If it is you change that folder view to a single line
