I am trying to edit settings in the New Outlook, but the "Loading..." prompt is hanging out there.... forever. Of course, when I switch back to classic, my non-Microsoft accounts are gone.

Yes, I've run all the Outlook.exe /switches.

Yes, I've run all the Olk.exe /switches.

Yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft 365.

No, I have not deleted every Outlook entry in Regedit.

Hi, I am Saurabh a Microsoft Consumer just like you are. I am happy to help with my expertise and will try my best to solve your issue.

It appears that you are experiencing an annoying problem with the New Outlook, where the settings window remains stuck at the "Loading..." prompt for an extended period of time. Having already attempted a number of troubleshooting steps without success, you can try the following few more suggestions:

Empty Browser Cache: If you're using a web browser to access Outlook, consider emptying the cache and cookies on your browser. Cache data can occasionally cause problems when trying to load web apps correctly.

Try Using a Different Web Browser or App: If you're using Outlook's web version, consider using the desktop application or a different web browser. Compatibility problems with specific browser versions or versions can occasionally occur.

Verify Network Connection: Make sure there are no interruptions to your reliable internet connection. Outlook settings not loading properly could be the result of a bad or erratic connection.

Speak with Microsoft Support here: If none of those mentioned above fixes resolve the issue, it could be worthwhile to contact Microsoft Support for help. If there is a known problem affecting your account, they can identify it and offer more troubleshooting options.

Temporary Workaround: If you absolutely need to access or modify your settings, you can try using the older version of Outlook in the interim. It might not contain every feature of the New Outlook, but it should still allow you to adjust your account settings as needed.

If none of these fixes work, the problem can be more complicated and call for additional research or help from Microsoft Support.

    Best Regards, Saurabh
