Missing Outlook Emails

Hello-

I've had a problem for years, where certain incoming emails to my personal Hotmail/Outlook account just never appear.
I am starting to think it's specifically on group emails (any emails with 3+ people on it?) - but that is just a guess, and seems to be the main issue.

Though I certainly never know what I don't see or get, I suppose.

The emails never appear in my Inbox.

I'm positive they are not getting deleted, they're not being archived, they're not set up w/ a rule - they just never appear.

I've tried to solve this in community forums and online answers for years to no avail.

When I cc a Gmail account to these same emails - I receive them in Gmail with no problem.

If anyone is able to assist with this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'd also love to try to contact Microsoft to directly assist - but can never seem to find a good contact if anyone has one.

Thanks so much!

    Thank you.

The emails are not being sent to my account at all - so they're not appearing on Outlook for the web or on my mobile device.

What does that mean to create an in-private browser when creating a support request?

Hi Oluwatosin, thank you for the reply.

But no - it's definitely not a blocked sender issue; I've checked that as well.

I also am not getting any error messages on a group email test.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Also - when I try to deal with a Microsoft support rep directly - it tels me I'm signed into a work or school account, and won't let me open a ticket.

However, this is a personal account and I'm 100% not signed into any other work or school accounts.
