Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity

Try the email filtering in Outlook, it will be helpful for you. If the add-in is not working. Try to get in touch with our Live support they may be able to help you with regards to the add-in itself.
Here's how to contact Microsoft Support:
- Click this Contact Us - Microsoft Support.
- You'll be prompted to sign in to the personal account that your Microsoft 365 subscription is associated with
- Once you've logged in to your account. It will ask you to select a product.
- Select Windows.
- Then, select "Get Home Service"
- You need to report a problem you're having, or you can write there:
- At the bottom of the page. Select the "Contact Support" option.
- Select Windows
- Select Outlook
- You'll be prompted to select a support option. It's up to you if you want to change the locale.
- Then, select "Chat with a Web Browser Support Agent."
- It will automatically direct you to the support team.
