I am using Outlook in Edge. I am trying to receive all incoming emails AND replies to emails into another email as well. So, basically, wanting ALL emails to and from one email account to an ADDITIONAL email account.

    Dear Lettakaye (US),

    Good day!

    Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

    As per your mentioned description about "forwarding all emails AND replies to another email, but keeping them on original email as well" May I double confirm that you tried to enable Forwarding? To check this kindly open your Outlook on Web (https://outlook.office.com) then see below :

    • Kindly go to Settings or Gear Icon
    • Email-->Forwarding
    • Kindly turn on Enable Forwarding-->Make sure that Keep a copy of forwarded message is enabled if you want a copy of the original message to remain in your mailbox-->Hit Save

    .

    Notes:

    • Forwarded messages appear as messages that are forwarded from your account. This means that replies to those messages will automatically be addressed to your account, and not to the original sender.
    • If you want replies to messages that are automatically sent to another address to go to the original sender, Use inbox rules in Outlook on the web to create a redirect rule. To use Rule, kindly go to Settings->Email-->Rules--> Enter the name of Rule--> Add condition--> Add an action choose Forward and Enter the email address you want to redirect-->click on Add another action-->Choose Copy to-->Inbox-->Hit Save .

    We are looking forward to your response. Please feel free to let me know if there are any updates or if I've got you wrong. I will keep assisting you based on the information you provide. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation. Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Ok. Let me make sure I said it correctly. I will give details of my needs.

    For instance: All the incoming mail to ******@email.com I want to receive into another email, secondemail@example.com, without removing it from ******@email.com. ALSO, any replies sent out from the first email, ******@email.com, I want to be present in the second email as well.

    I have been messing with the Rules and Forwarding, etc, for quite some time today and can't really spend more time on it. LOL.

    I probably need to delete the rules I placed and restart following your instruction!

    Thank you for your assistance!!
