Hi Guys and Galls,
I was just attempting a Migration Batch from an online Hosted IMAP/POP3 account to M365 but i was expecting to see IMAP Migration in the "
Select Migration Type" section but its not there, am i missing something?
If i am can someone point me to documentation for Migrating Pop/Imap mailboxes from an Online Hosting account (Host Presto) to a NotForProfit M365 account? I dont know why the option has disappeared.
Please dont tell me the only way to do this is backup all online hosting emails to PST file then store that locally whilst all new emails goto O365? THERE MUST BE A BETTER WAY TO DO THIS!

Gene Hammerle 1 Reputation point2021-10-06T20:25:07.35+00:00 I've been fighting this for nearly a MONTH and cannot find anyone with an answer. My Outlook transferred from my old Office 2010 version, but it cannot send of receive because it only permits IMAP connection. I can't get it back to a POP account. Why is this only a problem for me? I've totally unloaded Microsoft 365 and all associated files, reloaded it, copied over my .pst file, but still nothing!
