Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.
It is not possible to change the private IP Address Space for a Virtual WAN Hub post creation.
It will show grayed out in UI as below:
I also tried to test it via Update-AzVirtualHub PowerShell cmdlet and received below error:
Hence, it is a design limitation.
The only workaround is to delete and recreate the Virtual HUB with the new private address space that you want.
