didn't receive transcript as well as certificate

Hello,
I have given the exam of Microsoft Azure AZ-900 on 29th june. 2021 from 7:45pm. I have scored 835/1000 thats mean I have cleared the exam. But till now neither in my profile is updated nor I got certificate.
Please tell me the instruction to download it.
