Windows 10 shutdown troubleshooting

Hello Everyone,

I'm troubleshooting very unusual case. Windows 10 shutdown time takes from 5 to 90 minutes. I used Windows Performance recorder to trace shutdown. When I had few possible apps or modules that were causing this issue I tried to use procdump to make a dump from particular process but no results. It looks more like something has really long timeout than something is crashing. Did you have any similar cases? What other tools may be helpful with diagnosing this issue?

How about procmon, and enabling boot logging? Does it trace shutdown events as well?

Thanks in advance
Mike

Might also try with network cable unplugged. Also try from a clean boot

Thank you, clean boot seems to be an option. I'll try that. Cable plugged/unplugged makes no difference
