Quick Access vs My PC

We have a Lenovo Ideapad running Windows 10 Pro (upgraded from Home).
It constantly attempts to load the File Explorer view -- all we get is a green bar and no Files or Folders building.
We have attempted to change from Quick Access to the My PC folders view but this still constantly attempts to load to no avail. Our Network view also fails to load eventhough we have 2 Windows servers and 2 local networked Windows 10 laptops.

This seems to have become a major issue following the recent Windows 10 updates.

Does anyone have a solution for this ?

    Hi,
What's your system version and OS build? Please type "winver" in Search Bar to check.
Did the problem occur after installing recent update?
Firstly, we could perform a clean boot and disable security software to check.

Also we could end the explorer.exe process in Task Manager and then re-create explorer.exe to check.
    Reset quick access.

Meanwhile, please check Settings>Network Reset option. It will reset Windows Network Configuration information.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
    Carl
