Thank you. The attendees are able to see the invite on their calendars.

They chose the option " Accept. Do not send a response".

If they choose that whenever they receive a calendar invite, the organizer will see the attendees on the list of "Didn't respond" instead of Yes.

    Regards,

    Dear Network Coverage

Good day! Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you!

First of all, we regret for the inconvenience caused to your work. Based on your description, I have a general understanding of your question, actually if the invitee chose "accept don't send a response", it means that they have accepted the invitation but have chosen not to send a response to the organizer. This can sometimes cause confusion on the organizer's end, as they may not receive a notification that the invitee has accepted the invitation. In this case, the organizer should check the status of the invitation in their calendar to confirm whether the invitee has accepted or not. If the status still shows as "didn't respond", the organizer can reach out to the invitee to confirm their acceptance.

If the organizer of the meeting is also unable to check in the calendar whether the attendee has accepted the meeting, then to help you better, I still need to gather more information to narrow down the scope of the question

    • For the organizers of the meeting, was it that all the feedback from the attendees was wrong?
    • If there is an error in the feedback sent by a special attendee, then if is convenient, please kindly suggest that the organizer of the meeting to create a test meeting, then invite this attendee, and then ask this attendee to send the meeting feedback again and check the results, thank you.
    • If the attendee is fully sure that he has not made a wrong reply, then please kindly suggest that the organizer of the meeting log in to OWA (outlook web app) with an account and check if the organizer of the meeting is not receiving the correct feedback in outlook on the web, thank you.

Please kindly believe that I will do my best to do more research and testing to help you further when I get the feedback I need.

Please note that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated. I hope all the best!

    Sincerely
