Shared Mailboxes keep disappearing after adding them.

We have a user who's shared mailboxes keep disappearing.

I have added them several times, re-created the mail profile, made sure that her version of Office is up to date.

She will open Outlook one day and they will be there, the next they are gone. Please let me know what information you require to get this resolved. She is not the only user in the office having this issue.

    • May I know when this issue started to occur?
    • May I please know if you get same situation when try to repair outlook data files with the Inbox Repair tool (SCANPST.EXE)? Repair Outlook Data Files (.pst and .ost)
    • May I confirm that you get same situation when Turn On shared calendar Improvements (Preview) is disabled and enabled? To check this Kindly go to File-->Account Settings-->Account Settings-->Select your email then click on Change-->More Settings-->Advanced-->Kindly Turn off or disable Turn On shared calendar Improvements (Preview) if it disables kindly enable it-->Apply -->Ok then check if it will make any difference.     • May I know how you added this shared Mailbox? Is it by Automapping or you added manually?
    • May I know your current environment? Is It Exchange Hybrid, on-premises exchange (Exchange server) or pure cloud?
    • Would you mind to kindly provide the screenshot of the outlook version are you using? Kindly go to File-->Office Account
