Microsoft account does not exist

Hi,

I cant log into my email account since very recently. I have been using the same email account for 20 years. I have everything on there. It is a HOTMAIL account. It was working great since november 19. How can I fix this issue ? When I try sending an email from anorher sccount it says this about my hotmail account:

mailbox unavailable (S2017062302).
