Build Hello World using WinUI 3 (WindoSDK)

I read that Windows App SDK was previously known by the code name Project Reunion. Well, I think I’ll try it out. On Github I find WindowsAppSDK-main.zip which I download
and attempt to install but I encounter errors and stop.
My first application is a simple Hello World Demo using VC++ , a button that when clicked
displays "Hello World" in a textblock on the form. Do I need the Windows App SDK to build
this Win UI 3 app ? ( posted to windows-uwp-xaml)
Do I need the SDK ?
Is there a tutorial I'm missing?
What should I do?

Since your issue is related to the Windows APP SDK and it is not supported on Microsoft Q&A now, I'd suggest you open an issue on Github to report this.
