I am struggling to sign in to Amazon and am trying to reset my password by sending an OTP to my Hotmail account but it is not coming through. After repeated attempts I called Amazon and they advised that it must be Hotmail blocking their emails so I need to contact Hotmail..... but I can't!
Is what Amazon said correct (because it sounds unlikely to me), if so, how can I contact Hotmail?!
Cany anyone help at all please?!

hotmail is a self help free email service. You may have better luck talking to Amazon for other ways to reset your account password. When you succeed, change your email contact to other mail provider.
