Hi,

Some of our users lost their Outlook configuration when they close the windows session on VDI.

For example, the signatures directory is empty when they open a new session and they need to recreate the signature.

They lost open pst in outlook too.

We are using a Office 2019 without any O365 things.

The problem appears few mounth ago and we try so much things to find the origin of the problem.

VDI machines are windows server 2019 with O2019 on premise and roaming profile.

    Hi Bastien G,

    Good day.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft community.

According to the description, looks like your concern environment is also connected Exchange on-premise server or Windows server or VDI machine for Outlook application, , I have consulted with my team, I would like to share some more specific information with you. Actually, Microsoft has separate channel resources where our related most valuable professional and community members can provide possible information for certain different support scope and attributes, so would you mind to contact and place your concern on our dedicated Microsoft Q&A forum channel resources?

Actually this forum does not focus Windows server or VDI machine or Exchange on-premise server for Outlook application related situation, but this forum is mainly focusing and handling Office 365 exchange online service related concern. But there is another dedicated expert and specific community for your mentioned concern.

I would really appreciate your precious time. Thank you again for your kind cooperation.

    Sincerely

    Vaidya Darpan
