Hello every body. Have a nice new year!

I have received an email from the email address detailed in the subject.

I wanted to know if it is valid from the Microsoft community.

Since when I want to accept the addition of information to the calendar, a notification message is generated with the following text:

"Error 500

There has been a problem.

Repetitive redirects have been detected."

Thank you!

    Dear Marcelo Muape,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

The email address you mentioned, ******@msftevents.microsoft.com, is a valid email address used by Microsoft for sending event notifications. However, to better understand the error message you received when trying to accept the addition of information to the calendar, we need more details from you, please kindly provide us the following information. Thanks in advance!

    • May I please double confirm if you are experiencing same issue in the Outlook on the web? if you haven't check it yet, please kindly try to login outlook on the web ( https://outlook.office.com/) within your account and check if the issue persists. This will narrow down if the issue is with the account or the app itself.
    • May I please double confirm if many admin roles assigned to your account? if yes, please kindly try to remove unnecessary admin roles and check if the issue persists. To do this, Sign in to the https://admin.microsoft.com/ using Global admin rights --> Go to Users -->Active users -->Select the account in question -->Click on Manage roles link -->Select the admin roles that aren’t necessary and only retain those you required -->Click on Save change. The, check if there is any difference.
    • May I please double confirm if you tried to sign out from everywhere you signed in? if not, please kindly sign out from everywhere and every device you signed in and sign in again. Then, check if the issue still persists.
    • Could you please provide us with the screenshot of the error message and your Outlook version details? See What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support

I look forward to your update. Kindly note that the above requested information is required for further analysis and troubleshooting of your situation. Your patience and cooperation are much appreciated.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Libeamlak | Microsoft Community Moderator
