Can I create a shared team?

I recently started using shared calendars and I love the feature, so I had a great idea! I wonder if we can implement shared teams? I'm using the same account to sign in to Teams, so I'm wondering if I can use/share my Team? And then share my team's permissions or control like a shared calendar? Is this realistic?
