mail disappeared

When I get emails from Craigslist or from me.com emails disappear in 2 or 3 sec I check every folder like junk, and delete. archive not finding any solution need help, please

    • May I please know if you tried to add the domain in question to your safe sender list? if not, please kindly add the domain to your safe sender list and check if there is any difference. To add the domain to the Safe sender list, you can refer to Safe Senders in Outlook.com - Microsoft Support

    Hello dear Libeanmlak

    yes I am using a Microsoft 365 business email account. And i have checked everything rules search nothing is there as well

    • May I please double confirm if you're using Microsoft 365 business email account or Microsoft personal account, such as Outlook.com, hotmail.com, or live.com email accounts?
    • Have you tried to search the email in question using the subject as a search key?
    • Have you checked if there are any rules set up in Outlook? if not, please kindly check your rules to see if this is the case, sometimes it's possible that they are automatically moving your emails to a different folder.
